Refund policy

Refunds are offered within 24 hours of purchase. To receive a refund you must send back the product with all of its contents in the condition we sent it to you, as detailed in our pre-shipment video.

Upon receipt of the return, it will be inspected by our watch maker.  If the product has been tampered with in any way, you forfeit any rights to a refund.

Any returned item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
